Average Delivery Times

We know that you are anxious to get your TV repaired so we do everything possible to build and ship your kit quickly.Here are the average delivery times.

• US Locations - USPS Priority Mail - Average Delivery Time is 2-3 Days. Note that all orders are shipped the next day after they are received. 

• International Orders Only - USPS First Class Mail - Average Delivery Time 7-14 days.

We ship every day except for Sunday! 

Tracking your Order

Note that all orders are shipped the next day after they are received. Once an order ships you should receive an email with your tracking number. This will typically occur within 24 hours of when you order is placed but in some cases orders are shipped and tracking numbers are not emailed. This is due to the way our shipping software works. So please do not assume that your order has not shipped just because you have not received an email with the tracking number. Over 99% of our orders ship the next day and arrive in 2-3 days once they ship. 

Please do not email us asking for a tracking numbers before 4 days have passed. Its a time consuming process to look this information up which takes away from time we have to answer customer repair questions.

Lost Orders

Every once in a while an order will get delayed during shipping but rarely are they lost. If your package has not arrived after a reasonable amount of time, and if your tracking number is not showing any updates,  please contact us using the information below.
