Average Delivery Times

We know that you are anxious to get your TV repaired so we do everything possible to build and ship your kit quickly.Here are the average delivery times.

• US Locations - USPS Express Mail - Average Delivery Time is 1-2 Days

• US Locations - USPS Priority Mail - Average Delivery Time is 2-3 Days

• International Orders - USPS First Class Mail - Average Delivery Time 7-14 Days 

We ship every day except for Sunday! 

Tracking your Order

Once an order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. This will typically occur within 24 hours of when you order is placed. Please do not email us asking for a tracking number before 24 hours have passed. Its a time consuming process to look this information up which takes away from time we have to answer customer repair questions. 

If you have not received a tracking number please do the following... 

• Check All Your Email Accounts - All tracking emails are sent to the email you used when you placed the order on our site. If you paid with PayPal it will be sent to the email account on file with PayPal.  
• Make sure you check you SPAM box. Some of our emails get filtered! 
• Only US orders will receive tracking numbers.

Lost Orders

Every once in a while an order will get delayed during shipping but rarely are they lost. If your package has not arrived after a reasonable amount of time, and if your tracking number is not showing any updates,  please contact us using the information below.
