Online Help Desk - Open a help TicketThis is also the best method for yourself and our our staff to keep track of the repair questions, status, notes, suggestions, etc. The help system also allows you to attach photos and to receive additional docs from us when needed.
Once we receive the help ticket we will review the information you send and then provide updates back to the online ticket. After each update you should receive an email notification.
