• Anyone who bought parts from other shops besides us. ( Bad idea - lots of counterfeit parts being sold as originals - be careful )
• Anyone who tried to fix their TV without clear step by step instructions. After hours of winging the repair you find that your TV is still broken. 
• Anyone who bought counterfeit parts - installed the parts - and now the TV is dead.
• Anyone who just needs general help repairing their TV.
  

Who should not buy this service

• Existing TvRepairKits customers who bought one of our kits . All of our kits already include step by step photo instruction guides, genuine parts, and technical support. This service is only for non customers. 

What we will provide

• We will provide step by step photo  instructions for your repair.
  
• We will provide technical support via email to help you fix your TV.
  
• We will help you determine if the parts you bought elsewhere are counterfeits or are just defective.
  

Note: We cannot guarantee that you will fix your TV. In some cases the TV may be damaged beyond repair due to counterfeit parts, improper installation, etc.  What we do guarantee is that we will work with you for as long as you are willing.

After purchasing our support we will email you a short list of questions so that we can begin to assist you. Please note that you will receive this email typically after 6pm.
