Sony Convergence Repair Kit

One or more of the following symptoms will be present on the TV when the convergence has failed.

TV video looks 3D, warped, or appears to have shadows.
On most Sony sets there is flash focus button on the front panel. If you press this button the TV will automatically attempt to adjust the convergence. If your TV fails to align all the colors perfectly or if you get an error on the screen your convergence has failed.
One other models there will be a menu under setup that controls the convergence alignment. If under this menu you cannot adjust RED and BLUE in "ALL" directions your convergence has failed.

Convergence Chip(s). Convergence chips are commonly found in projection television sets and are used to control/set the alignment of the colors. Each kit will include the correct quantity and type of Sony convergence chips for your specific TV model.
Convergence Resistors - These are specifically designed and rated for convergence circuits. All of our resistors come with the their values printed on their side for easy identification.
